At Mustard London, we want you to love your lockers as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that once a locker has been built, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original flat-pack packaging, unused, and within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team at hello@mustardlondon.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your items in the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit; please include your return authorization slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point; once your return is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
